New “Has Changed” Condition for Job Field Updates

What’s new?

Bullhorn Automation now supports automated responses to job field changes with the new “Has Changed” list condition. This allows automations to trigger in real time when job details are updated in your ATS across supported CRMs (Bullhorn, Invenias, Salesforce, Erecruit).

The system tracks changes to more than 60 job fields, including status, skills, availability dates, pay rates, job assignments, and custom fields.

Why does it matter?

You can now automate actions that depend on critical job updates instead of relying on manual monitoring. For example:

  • Send notifications when a job moves from Open to Filled

  • Trigger alerts when pay rates change for VMS jobs

  • Notify recruiters immediately when jobs are published

This helps you stay compliant, respond faster, and improve both candidate and client experiences.

How do I enable this?

No additional setup is required. This feature was enabled for all customers on Friday, August 29th.
